Dr. Joel Rutenberg practices adult neurology in our Dover office and is board-certified with fellowship training in EEG and EMG. Dr. Alan Fink practices inpatient (hospital) neurology at Kent General Hospital and is board-certified with special interest in critical care and inpatient neurology.
